About us and "EAT NAKED" Lippy's BBQ opened Oct 21,2011 in Malcolm, Nebraska, by Kelly and Sandy Streeter, with the help of family and friends. Although Kelly grew up as the quintessential "Butcher's Son", (he butchered his first hog when he was 5) neither he nor Sandy had been in the restaurant industry, so this was a new adventure for all!
