I had pet stains onmy living room floor. Todd took the time to thoroughly get my carpets cleaned right. He also cleaned another area rug and a room with wall to wall carpet. He did an excellent job!!! Very thorough, professional and punctual. I called in the morning and they actually worked me in the same day. I am very pleased with the work and will definitely be a repeat customer. Even the water that got on my hard wood floor was promptly cleaned up.

We contacted Go Green Carpet Cleaning and almost immediately we were contacted back by Todd, the owner. When we spoke on the phone about putting a date on the calendar, we told him that we had a lot more than just four rooms offered in the deal that needed cleaning. It actually turned out to be twice the square footage. We knew that it would require additional cost, but it didn't make sense to just do part of the carpet areas and not the whole. Over the phone he gave us what we considered to be a very reasonable additional cost bid. Kevin showed up on the day scheduled right on time and went right to work wasting no time at all. (We had already moved all the furniture off the carpets the previous day so he didn't have to worry about the hassle of doing it when he got here.) Within a couple of hours the whole work was done: the equivalent of 7 or 8 rooms of carpeting. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of cleaning that he did, and with what we considered to be a very reasonable total price. It was very apparent that Todd had a very good understanding of what we wanted done and he went far beyond and exceeded our expectations. Todd called us the following day to make sure that we were satisfied with the results. We are! We highly recommend Todd and his Go Green Carpet Cleaners business.

Todd cleaned our entire first floor (living room, entryway, dining room, office, large master bedroom and bath, walk-in closet) as well as a double flight of stairs and a 10'x12' area rug in about two and a half hours. I just searched carpet cleaner Boise here on Manta.com to find Go Green and called Todd to schedule a cleaning. He gave me an estimate over the phone of "about $200." That seemed like more than a deal to me so we set a date AND A TIME. He was able to tell me at scheduling that they would be there at 1:30 on Saturday, and that's exactly when my doorbell rang. Perfect. It was only one carpet cleaner, Jason. He walked through the house and gave me an on-site price of $150, less than Todd's original estimate. He went right to work and did an EXCELLENT JOB. My rugs were cleaned better than they have ever been - years' old stains that the big name professionals in the orange van hadn't been able to get out, Jason got them out. When he was finished he gave me a timeline for when the rugs would be dry, when to replace the furniture, everything. I was so impressed I gave him a $50 tip - which really only brought me up to the price I had been expecting and the total was still a couple of hundred less than I usually pay for a good Boise carpet cleaner. Use this company, they are exceptional.

We have 2 dogs and numerous grandchildren in and out. I've been using Go Green since May of 2011. With all the wear and tear and at this price, we have them out twice a year. These people are terrific and do a great job. They take the area rugs out and clean them at their facility. The rugs come back looking brand new. Too bad they don't stay that way. lol They make my very old sofa look good too. We highly recommend them.
