Update: I want to add to this to say that my sister asked for some additional repairs to her apt. and it was actioned quickly and I want to thank Dena and Paolo and team for all their help.

A property manager that will

This property manager is absolutely awful. She rents to third world tenants and then does nothing to remedy the issues caused by them. It is diminishing the quality of life for homeowners in the community. But as long as she is profiting, it appears that that is all that matters.

I rented a home with DBH Management LLC in Jackson NJ - going on 5 years now. I have been dealing with Dena all along. This is a management company that sincerely cares about their properties and more importantly their tenants. Truely an exceptionally positive renting experience. Dena runs it very professionally.

My fiance and I rented from Dena when we lived in Bayville. She was accommodating and quick to respond if we ever had any questions. Whenever we know someone in need of a home, we refer them to her company. We'll miss having Dena as our landlord!

First I would like to start my review by saying Dena is AMAZING.! My family and I started renting from her about 2 years ago, she actually gave my husband and I at age of 26 the chance to rent from her, she trusted in us which allowed my growing family to move from a 2 bedroom small apartment for 1300, to a 3 bedroom beautiful ranch for 1400!!!. She immediately put in a brand new central a.c unit upon request when we moved in, most landlord wouldn’t even care. She knew I had a small daughter And moved as fast as she could to get it in.I also want to add that we were hit With hard times during the corona virus pandemic And again dena could not have been More understanding.! She was overall the best. We loved her. ❤️

We rented a home in Barnegat for 4 years before purchasing a home recently. Dena from DBH management was a pleasure to deal with. She is very trustworthy and punctual with dealing with any issues we ever had. I highly recommend this company. She is truly a great landlord! If I could give 10 stars I would!
