Opinion of Cna of 18 years... This company is very unorganized and unprofessional. They do not do anything dealing with home healthcare properly or follow procedures or train their workers how to be professional at their job which makes it hard on the ones who are professional. Their pay is horrible and the same for experienced certified aides and the average person who walks off the street, which they have some real winners(need to drug test) Bi-weekly pays on Monday which they do not have direct deposit and are always messing up your pay(they blame accountant). Nowhere near the mileage rate recommended is paid and they only pay mileage for errands,nothing else as far as travel between clients. Waste of time and gas running paperwork every week and twice a month to drop off. Many conflicts/issues with clients which i feel are due to the office staff not enforcing rules to clients and the workers.You must stick to the books(trainings) in home health care or it makes the job very hard and it all goes out of control quickly! High turnaround on employees should tell you something!!!! Expects to much as far as taking clients out,ect with the low pay rate and low mileage reimbursements they offer!!!! What a good Cna does daily with/for their clients is worth much more from their employer!
