Wonderful family feel when you enter, service was wonderful and greeted me at the door. I can be quite picky with my shopping but they were consistently patient. Overall 5 stars, recommend to all, what shocked me the most was the prices I was seeing, truly a pleasant experience !

This is not a good recommendation. I just had a bad experience with this company.I ordered an expensive product from National Home Store. It took 64 days from my order (and them charging to my credit card) to receive delivery. I made multiple calls and was told it would be delivered "next week". When the product was delivered, it was very poorly made and damaged. It was not at all what appeared on their website. I have had numerous emails and phone calls to them to no avail. Despite my kindly and carefully worded conversations, they were very rude and refuse to acknowledge the problems.
