I called them looking to replace my air conditioner. We scheduled an estimate the following week. They no called no showed for the appointment, leaving me waiting around for over an hour, and for the next three days I called them leaving the messages because no one was answering their office phone. Four days after the missed appointment I get a call from someone from their office asking if I called for repair service, as I was trying to explain to them what happened the call got dropped, when I called their office back I once again got their voicemail. The following day I get a call saying they could replace my unit for $4k. When I called them back to get some information the person who answered the phone was very rude. When I asked what happened with our appointment and how they could quote an install price without ever seeing where it needed to go or the size of the space it was cooking the person who answered the phone got very rude and belligerent with me before hanging up on me. After looking into their company it seems they have a very horrible score with the Better Business Bureau, and every other rating agency out there, on top of a track record of shoddy work and bigotry. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
