I was so appalled at the rude and discourteous service from this company to my 96 year old mother. We called for a pick up at the dentist at 2pm. The dispatch said it would be 20 minutes. At 3:45pm they finally came- having her wait over 2 hours in a wheelchair. When I called to complain the man said-:go ahead and complain and we don;t have airplanes. Very rude. When I called today to talk to the owner they said his name was Chris and he would be back in 30 minutes. Then when I called back they said he was in meetings. I mentioned their website does not list Chris as an owner. The person said-you are being recorded and he does not want to talk to you. PLEASE do not use this company. So disrespectful to seniors.
