Introducing Positive Psychology Life Coaching Learn How to Overcome Obstacles, Attain Goals, Live Life to the Fullest! Positive Psychology Life Coaching teaches individuals new behavioral and cognitive skills in order to increase motivation, overcome obstacles, achieve dreamed-about goals, and make the transitions and adjustments necessary to become the best they can be in their lives. Unlike other coaching methods, this innovative technique utilizes the principles of Positive Psychology, a scientifically-based discipline that for the past decade has been researching and developing the keys to optimal human functioning. As a Positive Psychology Life Coach, I believe that developing a person's strengths, rather than spending inordinate amounts of time trying to correct weaknesses, is a more effective, enjoyable and productive approach for the client. By helping you identify and develop your signature strengths -- those that feel natural to you and that you use often -- you can learn to utilize them in solving problems and reaching your goals in life. And you're very likely to have a lot of fun doing it! As a psychologist and life coach in private practice for the past 25 years, I’ve had the privilege and pleasure of being the coaching partner/mentor to many clients who are now living their dreams. I’ve witnessed the extraordinary benefits this partnership can lead to, and so can you! If you would like to see for yourself how Positive Psychology Coaching can lead to a happier, more resilient life, call (760) 746-7284 or email me today to schedule your free, 30-minute, no-obligation consultation (not available for life coach supervision services). I look forward to hearing from you! Coaching sessions are offered in the office or via telephone. Office sessions are available for clients who live in the San Diego area.
