5 Stars! We put the Five Star Team in a sticky situation and like they market themselves, they shined. Our Property was originally in Probate that needed court approval and John helped guide us so we had full control of our families property. It really helped that he had expertise in the area of probate real estate and he negotiated with all parties involved in an expert fashion. The team has extensive knowledge of Sherman Oaks, and were very responsive to all the parties involved in our home's sale. 5 Stars for 5 Star Real Estate Brokers!!!
