The guy who helped me provided great customer service. He was very informative about what was wrong with my laptop and even gave me tips on how to avoid the same problem in the future.

These guys helped me so much! I built my own computer but I ran into a few problems where it would crash after 5 minutes. I first I thought it was my fault, so I brought it in for a second opinion. Turns out, a lot of people were having the same issues with the particular motherboard. For a reasonable price, they helped me finish my build with a better motherboard.

This place is my savior! My computer at work crashed, of course when I had a huge deadline at work for a project, and you guessed it the files I needed were on the computer that crashed (not backed up online).
