Investigations & Security Bureau (ISB), located in Hillsborough County, FL, provides Investigative, Surveillance, Security Services for Corporations, Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies and Manufacturers as well as for individuals in the Private Sector. ISB retains professionals with decades of experience in Investigations, Surveillance and Security, many of whom have an extensive Law Enforcement background. In order to ensure the integrity and reputation of our company, all employees of ISB are subject to an elaborate screening process to research the background and character of each individual. Under or employ, each member of our team receives extensive preparation and instruction as well as detailed on-the-job training for each assignment. In addition, each employee has certifications and/or licenses on file and is encouraged to participate in company funded continuing education training programs. Our agents report on an hourly or daily basis, depending on the requirements of their particular assignment to an in-house Case Supervisor who is thoroughly trained in debriefing and operations control. ISB’s agents also submit daily reports covering their activities, which are available to clients at all times. Case supervisors are accessible to the client 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
