I purchased a used truck from Humble Like New Auto. I was told that it needed a tie rod end and an alignment by the salesman. So from the dealership, I took it straight to my mechanic. Within the hour, my mechanic called and told me the frame was bent and had been repaired incorrectly which will not be able to be repaired correctly. I went back to Humble Like New Auto, and was told that they would take the truck back, but would charge me 10% of the purchase price. While discussing this with the salesman, I told him that that was wrong to do, and that I wanted to talk to the owner. He refused to let me talk to the owner, and even refused to give me the owners name. I ended up returning the truck and paying the 10% fee since the truck is no good to me if it can not be repaired. At that time, they also told me the truck had a reconditioned title, which should have been announced before the purchase. Just a warning that this company provides bad customer service, and will rip you off any chance they get. As a small business owner myself, I can not stand companies like this that continue to feed off the innocence of the public. I wish you could give negative stars as a rating!

I purchased a used vehicle from Humble Like New Auto over a year ago paid under $3k for it and this vehicle runs great. The only thing I have done to the car was change my oil and buy tires.
