We hired Green Elite Cleaning Service to do a move-in cleaning before we moved into our new house. Zaneta came to our house a week before the cleaning to walk through the house, talk about what we wanted in each room, describe the services Green Elite Cleaning Service provides, and give me information on the products they use. She also gave me an estimate of the cost of cleaning, based on the number of hours he expected the cleaning to take. On the day of the cleaning, the women arrived right on time. They tackled the house right away - we were impressed with how quickly they moved while also being incredibly thorough. They dusted everywhere, cleaned our floors, cleaned appliances, scrubbed the tile and grout in the bathrooms and basement, wiped out cabinets, and cleaned the insides of the windows. They used eco-friendly products that would be safe for our dog, but we also left some Tilex for the bathroom so they could really scrub at the tiles and grout. All in all, this was a great experience and we definitely recommend Green Elite Cleaning Service. We will definitely use them for other cleaning needs in the future!

We recently had to contact Green Elite Cleaning Service about an extra cleaning service that we needed prior to our family coming from out of town. We are always thrilled with Green Elite cleaners and this extra service was no exception! The ladies are very thorough and friendly and after many visits, I am more than satisfied. I also appreciate their management as far as scheduling appointments. They always email us beforehand to let us know the window of time they will show up. Our place looked great for our company and even they noticed how fresh our house was!

Green Elite Cleaning Service is terrific!  I was calling around trying to find a cleaning crew at the last minute last week and thankfully Zaneta was able to accommodate me. I had a variety of needs. We had just completed some renovations on our house - dust everywhere, my parents were coming into town and I am expecting a baby so there wasn't a lot of heavy lifting that I could do myself - and my schedule is hectic! They cleaned my house top to bottom. Zaneta was able to schedule the cleaners to come out within a day or two. They were so detail oriented that I was in love with the service immediately. Finally I have found a cleaning service that does the detail of cleaning that I would do if I was cleaning the house myself. I have been looking for that for a while now and thankfully have found it. I would recommend this service to anyone!

Green Elite Cleaning Service has been coming to our home for quite some time now. We have a bi-weekly cleaning service with them and they are incredible. My home is spotless and looks great every time they come. At one point in my life, I could keep up with the cleaning, however, after marriage, kids and a full-time job I can no longer balance life and keep my home as clean as I would like. The Green Elite Cleaning Service office staff, cleaning crew, and managers are all very responsive, polite, and do their best in trying to make their customers happy. I highly recommend them because calling Green Elite Cleaning Service is a great investment in your time!

We have been using Green Elite Cleaning Service for over an year and are extremely satisfied with their service. They are always on time and do an excellent job of cleaning. We have 3 long hair cats - so their job is not easy! Their coordinators are extremely responsive both by phone and email. We did a move out cleaning with them recently on a Saturday. We needed to be in touch with the team before they arrived and called the central number. It was a pleasant surprise to get a coordinator instead of voice mail on a Saturday. Our issue was, of course, resolved promptly. One final note: We had to reschedule some of the visits because of out of town visitors and trips. Everytime Zaneta (one of the coordinators) was extremely helpful in quickly arranging an alternative time. We give them our highest recommendation.

Everything about the service was exceptional. There was a call the day before to confirm the time. The workers showed up on time. They got right to work and worked efficiently. Most importantly, they cleaned this house better than it has ever been cleaned before. I was astonished! I did my best to move things out of their way, but what I couldn't they were excellent about handling, and they didn't let anything get in the way of a great job. I am very happy that I selected them, and I will definitely be calling them back again.

They were excellent. They did such an excellent job! They cleaned places I didn't even know existed. I don't have carpeting except in two of the bedrooms, but I do have area rugs and they took every one of those up and they cleaned the floor underneath and they cleaned the rugs and they dusted the blinds and they even opened up the window and cleaned out the outside part of the sill. And they did a very thorough job in the kitchen; it has hardwood flooring. They cleaned inside of the microwave, they cleaned everything that was sitting out on the counter; picked it up and pulled it out of place and cleaned everything. When they were done, they had a little bit of time left and I said, well, I guess you could come in here in the office - because my office and studio has just got stuff in process and stacked - I said, maybe you could just come in here and sweep the floor. And they got in there and they swept the floor, they mopped the floor and all of that. And they got done in the three hours. The price was a bargain. They came on-time; in fact, they came a few minutes early.

Green Elite Cleaning Service workers are excellent.  They are prompt, reliable, and flexible on the few occasions when I have requested a schedule change.  The house is immaculate every time they finish.  They dust, vacuum, make the beds, clean the mirrors and glass surfaces, tidy objects around the house, and clean the kitchen from top to bottom.  I don't know exactly what cleaning products they use, but when I return in the evening, the house smells fresh and clean.  I would recommend Green Elite Cleaning Service to absolutely anybody, and they are worth every penny!

Green Elite Cleaning Service came highly recommended to me.  I wanted a crew that was going to be prompt, trustworthy, and efficient.  They were all that and more. I have a 1200 square foot condo, no pets, hardwood floors and no time to clean.  It took them about two hours to do the initial "deep clean" which Zaneta asked to do for the first time - the subsequent sessions will be to maintain what was done.   Everything was wonderful, rugs, carpets, windows, bathrooms, wood floors, etc.  The place just looked so much better than when my previous cleaner had "sort of" gone through the rooms. Zaneta is extremely involved in what her crews do and she always got back to me right away to work out times for them to come over. I'm using them on a regular basis and have recommended them to my friends to use as well.

Really, really pleased. Their first clean was wonderful. I had a fractured leg and hadn't done much cleaning or organization for a very long time. I also have a lot of things in a small apartment. They were so conscientious, very detailed cleaning work, straightened the place, and very nice (and kind.) I've had them back twice now and plan on continuing with their service as I think worth every penny. So pleased that I am getting biweekly though had intended once a month. Feel very lucky that I tried them. Zaneta is also very quick with responses to questions.
