I hired the San Diego carpet cleaners to deep clean our carpets before we moved into our new home in La Jolla. The carpets were 7 years old and had heavy use and stains in some areas, including makeup, bleach and pet urine. The carpets were vacuumed, stretched, cleaned and treated for stains and allergens.
Shaun was our San Diego carpet cleaner service technician and he was a pleasure to work with. He called shortly before the appointment to let me know when he would arrive. Shaun did a thorough walk-thru of the house with me first, and paid close attention to my comments and requests. He recommended additional carpet cleaning San Diego treatments for the stained areas and did a nice job explaining the benefits of those treatments.
Unfortunately the previous owners had left a lot of debris on the floor after moving out and we weren't able to vacuum the carpets before Shaun arrived. He vacuumed the carpets at no additional charge and then got right to work cleaning. The San Diego carpet cleaner finished all of the work ahead of schedule and then completed a detailed walk-thru with me after the treatment was done.
Shaun was a pleasure to deal with and I was very pleased with the service he and Pro Kleen carpet cleaning San Diego provided. I will be recommending these carpet cleaning san diego pros to our family and friends.

Troy was very prompt, attentive and professional. His knowledge and experience in cleaning carpets really shined as he was able to fully explain what he was doing and why. The result of this was absolutely fantastic as he was able to make the carpets look new and remove all stains in high traffic areas as well as old stains.
He was very hard working and was able to complete the job in no time. Also he was able to provide me with some tricks on how to clean stains on my own without ruining the carpet that i have used since then and they work out great. Best carpet cleaner in San Diego. You will not be disappointed.

Pro Kleen continues to wow me! Not only did the owner Troy come out and give me a personalized carpet cleaning in San Diego and grout cleaning estimate, but he also called to follow up, and then was able to schedule a cleaning for the next day. He and his helper arrived on schedule and spent close to two hours performing many steps to get my carpet as clean as possible. Troy even got on his hands and knees and scrapped some kind of goo off of my sliding closet doors - even though this technically had nothing to do with the carpet! He explained the entire process thoroughly, pointed out several concerns with the carpet installation (just as an FYI, not as a sales pitch or anything), and did not pressure me to purchase the grout cleaning (which I decided to go another route with) or the scotchgard (since keeping these carpets are only a short-term solution.) The icing on the cake were the two powerful air movers that they left to dry the carpets over night so my move could occur on time. This was another great experience with a great San Diego carpet cleaner company, and I will definitely recommend friends personally try Pro Kleen.
