Fast talking scam artists. The guy will show up in a beat up mini-van without any business markings. Be prepared to be talked into services and parts you don't need at an insane markup. The van was stock full of torsion springs. They'll tell you how dangerous your old springs are, then offer you basic or premium springs (this is probably they're number 1 scam/profit center). They'll quote a wide range of costs for those springs ($299 to $499 each, but you'll find out later that a pair at Home Depot is under $200) in a "Ukrainian" accent that you can't easily understand. You'll ask them to specify the price, but then they'll tell you they wont know exactly which size/gauge you need until they start. Another example, door rollers that cost $2-3 each online will be quoted at $75 each (not including labor, which will be at corporate lawyer rates - you don't learn that labor wasn't included in the exorbitant parts costs until the work is done). He might tell you that, because he's a "supervisor," he can reduce the price to $60 each! Wish I hadn't been desperate for help. Hire an established professional with an actual storefront, not a mobile crook operating from a mini-van. Beware!
