Jorge B Hernandez worked as my architect and construction design consultant on a building in his home base of Ossining, NY. He always overpromised and underdelivered if he ever delivered at all. I had to chase him countless times to finish work that he claimed he had already finished. Most importantly, be very careful as he often makes side deals with contractors, obtaining illegal kickbacks at the developer's expense.
