I recently purchased a new house in Snellville and needed new appliances, got quotations for an Stainless Steel kitchen set between 4 and 5 thousand in 2 of the big retailers. I purchased all of my kitchen appliances at the liquidation center, i couldn't believe the money Jose saved me, awesome deal and the brands are top rate. Great service and warranty, Days after purchasing, I noticed my freezer stopped working, I thought it was going to be a hassle getting they to repair or replace the refrigerator, but I was wrong, Jose came to my house himself, that's the first time I've ever seen a manager do that, he assessed the problem and said we can fix it but he would rather just bring me a new one, I thought to myself that Jose is one of the very few stand up people in this world, and the guys he has working for him are great, very professional, this world could use more people and companies like this, they now have a customer for life. I bought a refurbished washer and dryer at this store for a very good price. After 5 weeks the dryer stopped heating. I reported because was under warranty and they sent me a replacement in 2 days and checked my exhaust pipe, It was clogged with lint which caused the dryer to overheat and blow the fuses. They did not charge me for cleaning the lint in the exhaust pipe. That's what I call going the extra mile. I'll be a repeat happy customer.
