I wish I could give them zero stars. They came out to my house, didn't finish the job, bc they said I needed parts, and then never called me back or returned 7 phone calls and 5 texts from me over three days. They were referred to me thru my home insurance who handled the claim and Patriot hasn't called the insurance ppl back either, so my hope is they will drop them from their vendor list. oh yeah and try and call their office phone.....NO ONE ever answers it. I have been calling it for 4 days in a row...in the morning and at night ....no answer, you get vm and right....you guessed it....no one calls you back. plumbers are a dime a dozen......go elsewhere.
