Yoga Studio Long Beach School of Yoga provides a safe and therapeutic environment for new or experienced students, members of the community, those interested in becoming yoga instructor or teacher trainings and public health advocates. The school is headed by Ram Bhakt Rezai who started the Yoga Studio in December 2012 to offer after school programs for high school and teenaged kids, seniors and adults. Ram also offers private Ayurvedic Yoga sessions, Thai Yoga Therapy, Workshops and teacher trainings.
