Terrible. The worst experience I've ever had with any company. I contracted the company to install approximately 1700 square feet of high quality carpet. Eight appointments to install or service the installations, and on every occurrence they were late at best, but more often were no shows. The staff was ineffectual, with no communication. Mr. Barton was condescending, made promises he had no intention of keeping, and made double talking an art. The carpets were good quality and at a good price, but the service was so extremely bad that I could never recommend them.
