I had a terrible experience and there is now damage to my vehicle due to the negligence of how the car tow vehicle was packed. I would not use this company again nor would I recommend them for anyone else. They told me to get a 20 foot U Haul then changed to a 17 foot truck. I got the 17 foot truck and after getting it filled there were still a few items left to pack so the movers strapped the leftover items to the fender of the car tow. I questioned it as to whether it was safe, legal, and whether there would be damage to anything. I was told that he does this all the time. I was not even an hour outside of Liberal and items were falling off the fender getting damaged and lost due to blowing. A policeman even said this was dangerous and not how things should have been done. A policeman in Alabama saw the damage to my car and when telling the story of what happened he said that they are responsible for it. I phoned the company and they are denying any responsibility for their packing of my items. They are refusing to pay for anything. I would never recommend them nor if in the area would I ever use them again! Beware!!!!!
