; daphne meza, php in corona is knowledgeable about most CA laws, but on some laws she just simply guesses and tends to feed on the UN-knowledgeable individuals (employees) who are clueless about the laws. daphne meza throws at you a bunch of regulations mainly to intimidate. her approach to human resources is heartless, too many rules and too little understanding or compassion for the individual.
