Most of the customer service I've talked to were so annoyed with all my questions except for this company, customer service staff is so patient with me and I did not feel any rush at all. I had an Excellent experience. every year our church conduct a field trip and I am the one who always find transport company to booked our trip. This was our first time to charter a bus from Atlanta Charters, and we were completely satisfied with this service. This bus company is well manage you can see it the way they handle their clients. We all enjoy the ride and the tour guide assigned to us is brilliant and very entertaining. All our needs are well given to us. I appreciate the entire staff that handles our trip.

We need a quote for our company activity. I am so confused on what to choose among the buses they have. They have a good customer service that explains thoroughly until I came up with the right Coach Bus for us.

It's my turn again to secure a limo for a Valentine party for all of us. Procrastinating put me on the day of the party.  I checked their website and decide to contact customer service who was immediately attend to my inquiry. After securing a roundtrip to the party I received email confirmations along with another email with the limo drivers cell numbers. Upon pick up driver called and was early to assure she could find my home. He was friendly,early and arrived with Roses for the ladies and champagne.  Our pick up was scheduled early and had no problem waiting while we said our goodbyes at the party. It was a great experience and driver is so accommodating and friendly. I would recommend this company to everyone.
