From the minute I arrived, I was treated with respect, from the entire company staff. The knowledge and skill the instructors have and teach, is more than what I was expecting. The entire HCA staff goes above and beyond their role to help every single student. In the six weeks I was there, I was ALWAYS greeted with a smile, and asked how I was, if I was learning anything, etc. My second week in, I was asked if I was willing to join a few other students to sit down with a N.H. State Senator, which shows the reputation this Academy has. Ralph (the owner) is often seen walking around like one of the guys, which shows the type of guy he is ( Equipment operator first, business owner second). Lori and Ken with Career Services, treat you like family while trying to help get you working. The whole experience was incredible! I went in knowing absolutely nothing about the career, now I am a capable, confident, heavy machine operator. I fully recommend this place. If they had an advanced course, I wouldn't hesitate enrolling!
