Provide customized coaching services, focusing on delivering positive results with each client meeting. In order to achieve the best coaching experience, I have developed a dynamic approach to identifying and executing a high powered Customized Coaching Plan (CCP). I have a passion for helping individuals and teams realize and achieve their true potential. For over 15 years I have been fulfilling this passion in both coaching individuals and teams, as well as serving in program/project manager roles. In each of my engagements, I have brought real life experience, which has allowed me to fully relate to my clients.
