If you look at the situation correctly and logically. You purchase a product from the store. Attempting to rebuild whatever you were doing, then bring it back with a missing piece, and insist that we sold it used? If that was the case. You should have notify the employees as soon as you encounter the problem so that we could have handled it accordingly. We are happy to help our customers and we make sure before every purchase, you know what you're dealing with and determine if the product is manageable. Brent, we apologize for your luck with the product. But in store we make sure everything works before we can put it on counter for the public. We hope you the best.

This place sells used goods as new. I bought an RBA from them and I could taste the juice still in the tank before I even built on it. The sales staff are rude, they basically insulted me and told me I didn't know how to build. I would be warry that the positive reviews are just the store owners leaving themselves good reviews.
