Universal Resort exchange helped me get out of my timeshare at Silver Lake Resort in Kissimmee Fl. I was getting really frustrated with the timeshare. My husband and I bought it last year so it would force us to take a vacation. Well we tried booking it for our family to go to California, Hawaii and of course our home base at Silver Lake and we were unsuccessful on many occasions and it made me want to scream! I didn't know what to do. I went online and found Universal Resort Exchange and finally someone was able to help me. Thank you so much for making our nightmare end. We are now timeshare free and I will never do that again! Yes we definitely recommend this company.

Excellent Company!!!! I listed 2 timeshares with them for rental and the sale. They handled the advertising and we were also provided with a rental kit that included letters notifying our Resort and Exchange Company of our intentions as well as a sublease between myself and the renter. We had bad experiences in the past trying to rent our timeshare and although their services are a bit pricey, not having the stress of having to find renters and having documents provided to protect us and gave us piece of mind.
