Never....Let this review be a warning to anybody thinking about renting a limo through Jim Schaefer and Elite.......buyer beware. This company practices deceptive business practices. I canceled over the phone a limo more than two weeks out and he still charged me half the rate.....said it was in the fine print of the contract. If you do rent through him, get an attorney to review the contract or simply yet, just rent one from a reputable company and don't mess with a company that doesn't even allow you to order online (should have been my first clue that Elite was trying to hide stuff). Good luck with your day/night but don't take a chance with this company!!!!!

Our wedding day was perfect with Elite Limousine! The day was cold as could be but the driver kept the limo heater going so it was perfect inside. The condition of the limo was extremely clean and had many fancy lights. They had a ipod cable so we were able to play our music and the radio really had some bass like we like!! I was very impressed with the service it could not have been better! The owner Jim was very polite on the phone when I booked the limo and told me what to expect, he clearly came thru with what he said was going to be great service!!!

Outstanding service for my bride and I. Clean cut chauffeur that new what he was doing and where he was going and the Escalade limo was extra nice!! I highly recommend other engaged couples to use Elite limo service for there wedding!
