After calling several companies to compare prices, Joy Moving And Storage was the only one that followed up as they said they would with a written e-mail stating what they told me over the phone. A few days later a friendly follow up phone call from Denise just to see if we had any questions about the quote. She was friendly, NOT pushy. After about 4 hours of packing, they were ready to roll. I had already spent the prior week off work getting the small stuff i<a href="Javascript:void(0);" class="showMoreLink"> Show More</a><span class="hiddenText" style="display: none;">n boxes and o'lord, all the kids junk and toys. Probably the hardest part was the above ground pool that we had waited to the last second to dissembled. The kids didn't want me to take it down until they got a good swim out of it the night before. Derrick Evans was very helpful in his suggestions to pack the pool properly so it wouldn't rip or tear. I'm sure the kids were glad he did that, because the first thing they wanted to unpack? The pool! I'm impressed with Joy Moving And Storage and would hire again.</span>

I had a move from Dallas, Texas to Midland, Texas. During this relocation there were a lot of things that made this move stressful from locating a home to getting a moving company that I could trust. Once the Joy Moving and Storage sales rep called me he was able to assure me that I would have a pleasant experience. When the time came to move the guys from Joy came in and practically took care of everything from packing to taking down furniture and disconnecting appliances and electronics. They arrived on-time and arrived ahead of time (lowering my bill). Once Joy Moving and Storage arrived at my new home and finished the move I had very little left to do. Just unpack a few boxes and relax. I am definitely glad I choose this company and have referred them to many of my friends.

This was the second move I made with my wife since we got married. This was her 6th move as a United Methodist Pastor. The crew Joy Moving And Storage was courteous and hard working. They seemed to have a very good attitude joking around with each other a bit and never a word of complaining about their work.The two movers arrived late and parked nearly a football field away which we did not know this information at first. The first object they took downstairs was our couch and they were gone nearly 15 minutes. Completely impressed, and I will be calling them first the next time I move. Also recommended to friends.

I hired this mover to pick up my house hold goods on the 19 of feb and these guys are amazing at what they do. Alex and his team really are great guys they work together and handle the job fast these guys were out in less than an hour. I'm traveling but i had to express how much this company stands next to their WORD! I had the pleasure of hiring this company and talking to Jasmine for my transportation needs and was so impressed by their wonderful customer service, their professionalism, their integrity is beyond words!! They managed to bring heavy furniture up a staircase. When they couldn't bring up my computer desk, they took it apart and put it back together perfectly! They are just amazing and I also definitely recommend them.

Had to thank the driver Don for his patience this morning with the crew awaiting my arrival for the move. My expectations were met without damaging any of property; remained attentive of time managing, sustaining organization of the boxes, and generously precautionary to fragile objects placed in those specific boxes. Honestly made my move transition from not an emotional one, but into an at home comfort-ability for me as stated in their domain passages.
