Absolutely terrible experience with this business. Was quoted $15 service fee plus $45 for a simple interior door lock removal $60 total. When technician arrived he wanted $210!!! Outrageous! Called the company back while technician was there and was again quoted the same $60. The person on the phone then said he could send me a link to a video showing how to remove the lock.
