Yes. This company is counterfeit. I purchased MS Office Pro from them on 4/4/14. It did not work. The company would not answer my emails. Microsoft said the key was blocked because it was a pirated product. I demanded my money back from Updade PC. I finally got an email yesterday that simply said, "Sorry can't do." After researching Updade PC -- their profile and all the comments all over the place online, I reported them to the FBI Internet Fraud website. (I bought MS Office Pro online a few years ago at a great price. No problem. It was perfect.) THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM. STAY AWAY!
