Issues:
-30 ft x 40 ft slab is about 24 inches at the highest point. He formed the sides with USED OSB boards that left bowing sides.
-I paid to have him skim ALL sides of the slab. He skimmed only 2 1/2 sides & he skimmed over pieces of OSB flakes stuck in the concrete. The skim is now popping off these flakes.
-I gave him specific measurements & photos as to how the main garage door sill needs to be formed. He ignored them & the result was having to cut & chisel what he formed in order for the door tracks and door to work.
-Crooked sidewalk that is wider at one end then the other.
-Washed too much concrete off doing the washed concrete sidewalk - pebbles sitting like a golf ball on a tee - will pop.
-Allowed dump truck on driveway when we agreed not to - driveway now cracked
-Curved sidewalk edges are irregular - more scalloped than one curve.
-Dug fresh concrete from slab in 5 areas because the anchor bolts hit rebar. Cut and bent rebar to place bolts. Is concrete strength compromised for posts support?
I pointed these & other issues to him when he was "finished' & he blew up. He yelled "F*** You!!" and "I'm calling my attorney & I'm going to sue you. I'm putting a lien on your house. This is MY concrete."
The final bill came with an additional $1970 added for a job already closed out & paid. Are you kidding me??
He tried to sue me & I won. I don't owe!
Company address is a residence & they don't own it! On all web sites you check! Even the BBB!
