Victor robs his employees by not paying them. Don't use him.

Plain and simple, Victor Cortegana is a con artist, do not trust him. He takes money for projects but never comes back to complete them, he opens up one business after another (VJC Home Improvement, VJC Construction, currently VJC Entertainment) in order to keep his scams going. Very sad, his work isn't half bad, but just not worth the gamble of whether you will ever see him again
