As with many others, I needed to improve my resume and cover letter. Speaking to a friend, he recommended this service to me, I got in touch with that company , the guy explained me about the service, price and said after receiving a resume he would take 4 to 5 business day to give me a reply, after that, I sent him my resume and cover letter for his review. He took 12 business days to give me a sketch about what he had done and he only replied because every week I called him or I sent an email to him asking about the resume. The sketch he sent me was exactly the resume I had sent him before, summing up, he just trimmed something and add it in a new template and sent for my review, so I did not like. Meanwhile I was expecting the resume from him, I created another in order to apply for open positions I had seen on line, as expecting his service was not a good deal. After receiving the resume from him, I sent him my new resume on 06/02/2016 as a new revision, I asked him to add it in a new template, check grammar and check if I had used correct business words on my resume ( that’s it ! ) So far 06/23/2016 I’ve been waiting for his replay with the resume. Do I need to say something about his service?
