Innovative Kickboxing is by far the best fitness experience I have ever had. I have been to different gyms over the years, but I always found it difficult to continue to go. The gym equipment grew boring over time, and slowly I would find myself less motivated to go. I had always wanted to try kickboxing, and ended up at Innovative. First, the owners and staff are so inviting and encouraging. Your first class in very informative and they stay with you during the workout to help you learn the different combinations. From the minute you walk in, Innovative is inspiring, friendly, and fun. I am always amazed that with the number of adults and children they see daily, they always greet everyone by name. It is a small personal touch that really shows you how much they care about their clients. The staff there really works hard to help you reach your fitness and nutritional goals, and they really encourage you to push yourself to succeed. In addition to the amazing staff, the workouts are so upbeat and fun! The workouts definitely make you sweat, and you see amazing results. I love how I feel so fit and in shape after working out at Innovative for the last few months. The classes end with motivational quotes that definitely help you feel good about what you are doing to better your life. The atmosphere at Innovative is what definitely keeps me going back almost daily! It is far more than a martial arts/kickboxing gym, it has become more like a family.

Innovative Kickboxing is absolutely awesome. I started about a month ago. As someone who was never into classes, I am totally hooked. The instructors are incredible and very helpful. The workouts are always different and never get boring.

My children are learning how to focus and have self-discipline while in a fun environment. I love going to kickboxing classes there. The instructors push you and I leave each class with less stress and a great sense of accomplishment. Innovative Martial Arts has made a positive impact on my entire family.

I started going to Krav Maga classes only a few months ago and I see such a difference in my skill set. Awesome instructors and even the others in the class are great. 100% would recommend for anyone looking to get a great work out, tone up, and kick some butt :)

I started coming to Innovative for my daughter for Martial Arts last November. I was interested in kickboxing from the start but too intimidated to try it. Finally, in March I went to my first class. This was one of the best decisions I have made regarding my health. The workouts are intense but also lost of fun. Every class is different, so you are never bored. The staff is amazing and so motivating. They always make you feel welcome, even as a beginner. I could not imagine going anywhere else to work out!

Innovative martial arts is a great place! It's fun and a great workout. There are morning, afternoon, and evening classes. There will always be a class to go to! It helps you improve yourself, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. All of the instructors are friendly and funny. They always greet you and make sure you feel comfortable and at home.
