I am astounded by the outcome Benson got for me on this case. I went to him after sleepless nights worrying about this case. The first thing that comes to mind is how easy he made the process. I came to him when I was facing a drug charge that could have resulted in a felony conviction and a lot of time behind bars. He took the time to meet with me, discuss the charge, what he would do, and what the possible outcomes might have been. I'm probably still in disbelief about what Benson was able to do. He was able to get my case no-billed. The second thing that comes to mind is his communication. His office and Benson were fantastic about communication. They have a client portal and are quick to get back to me when I ask them questions. I could always reach them over the phone too. I never had a question about what was going on or what was expected of me. Third, his was reasonably priced. I talked to several others that were less expensive and one that was more expensive but none that were as good as Benson. Certainly after this outcome, he is the only person I would recommend.

I think I got the best lawyer ever! My name is Ashley T. I was charged with a drug case. I met with him and was impressed from the very first time I met him. He really impressed me with how strong, respectful, and well-mannered person he is. I have so much confidence in him that I sent him two other people that also hired him. He got my case DISMISSED! I still can't believe he got it dismissed. I got so many advertisements from attorneys in town, but when I looked up Varghese & Smith, I knew right away that Benson Varghese was the attorney for me. I have never been through anything like this, and I know I never will be again. Benson got my case dismissed! I can't tell you how happy I have been with him. This is beyond what I could have hoped for when I got arrested, or even when I first went to court. My mom met him too, and she is so happy with how good a job Benson did for me and my family. Some day I can look back on this and say I overcame the mistake I made. Benson expects you to be responsible, and he has made me a more responsible person. That has helped m with this case, and getting my life where it's supposed to be.
