I hired US Home Developers to work on my backyard in early April because they were recommended to me by a co-worker of mine. The property, in Encino, was built in 1960s, and the backyard needed a real makeover. Especially since in the 80s, the previous owner remodeled the entire house, but neglected the backyard.
Before they got started they showed me 3D generated images of what my property will look like. It was well detailed and gave me a clear view of what they wanted to do. We decided to make the backyard fit with the style of the house.
They took care of all the necessary paperwork with the city, and made sure that everything was done properly. Their team of workers arrived early each day, so when they got started no one was late. I was impressed with the work ethic, clearly US Home Developers worked with some of the best contractors in the city.
Every day I saw progress on the backyard, and was excited to see how it was all being put together. When they finished they made sure that everything was cleaned up taken care of. I was extremely pleased with their work, and am finally proud to have friends come over and hang out in my backyard.

I wanted to take advantage of the rising home values and invest into making my home more appealing. I knew that the front of my house was boring, and unappealing. It had no individual character to it, and I wanted to make it stand out from the rest. I called a few contractors I found through Yelp and Houzz, and two of them provided me with decent designs that I wasn't 100% sold on yet. I wanted to give another go at looking for contractors and found US Home Developers.
They sent over an agent that knew exactly what I wanted to do, and he provided me with a new idea of making that would give character and shape to the front of the house and have an elegant entry way. I liked the idea and asked if he can provide me some designs. The designs his team made were excellent they presented to me exactly what he wanted to do, and showed to me the end result.
I decided to take a chance and hire them to do this job. Every day their team came and worked on the house. I realized that, although they are a small company, they really had a high quality sub contractors working with them. The crew they had with them made sure that everything was cleaned up by the end of the day and that non of their equipment was in the way of my family and I.
When they were done I knew I hired the right company. They had matched the new addition perfectly to the rest of the house, and it's round shaped really added to the more rectangular house. I felt that this was a great investment and it was!
