I can't tell you how relieved I am after this weekend. The stress of needing to replace a water heater right away is intense. I've always wanted a tankless, but now konw that I as given the runaround by Intermountain Gas. At a cost of 3-5k, they wanted me to install a new line from the street saying that I didn't have enough gas to run all of my services... 4 fireplaces, etc. Well, MAYBE with everything maxed out, but that's not reality. Once I dug into their logic I realized that I could likely just go tankless. Einstein plumbing Boise was at my house within a few hours of my FIRST call to fix a shower that we could use while a long-term solution was sought. Well, becuase of Einstein's experience that only took a day to figure out and the next day I had a top of the line tankless system installed. Something I'd waited more than 5 years to have done but was waiting for the right Boise plumber. Einstein was also able to arrange financing which was HUGE for us. What can I say. Boise plumbers are not cheap, but if you want it done right the first time and more importantly, the relief that comes with it. Youll choose a good one. I took my first FULL bath in years because my old water heater couldn't fill a full-sized jacuzzi tub. I have endless hot water now!

We had purchased a new washing machine, normal top loader. Previously we had an HD front loader washing machine. My husband, the handyman, hooked up the new machine & tried it out. Much to our surprise when it was draining the water overwhelmed the drain pipe and just about overflowed onto the floor. We never had this issue with our previous machine, but also realized that HD front loaders don't use that much water so it may have never shown up as an issue. So we checked everything: the cleanout, snaked the line, etc. but still had an issue. Time to call the Boise plumber. I chose Einstein Plumbing Boise from the good reviews online. The Boise plumbing tech showed up as scheduled. Very friendly, knowledgeable & professional. Of course, when he tried it everything drained well. Go figure. He said that we may have had a clog in the line from dog hair or such, and that the snaking my husband did probably loosened it up to & eventually cleared. It made sense because I have two dogs that shed, and Steve said the HD low water machines don't always have enough force to flush that out of the lines. Without being pushy,he did ask if we still wanted him to check the lines. We said yes. So after checking everything & using his professional size snake, pulling out a small amount of hair, he gave us some helpful pointers, gave us the Boise plumbing repair coupon discount & was on his way.

Einstein plumbers Boise checked on our furnace and changed filter. Heating Unit is only 3 years old. AC was not working very good and is old. The Boise heating and air conditioning technician said it needed cleaning, some new contact points, a start unit and finally upsold me on the 24 month plan to come back twice a year and check furnace and AC again. AC seems to be working better after he leftbut the season is almost over and I didn't give it a good check. I will see how Boise Heating and AC works out in the future. After I had bought the service agreement he said they had only been in business for two years. He seemed competent and had lots of previous experience. I did not see him do the work on the AC, except for the cleaning part and that was done properly. NOTE: I purchased a coupon on a heating and cooling Boise Idaho website and the Boise plumbers provider never called me until I complained to AL and then they got in touch. This is the third time this has happened to me when purchasing a so called "discount" coupon and in fact one Boise heating and air conditioning provider never showed up and AL refunded me the pre-paid price. That was for another Boise plumbing company to come and check the furnace and AC

When we purchased our Meridian Idaho home in November of 2011, we knew the furnace would need to be replaced and heat pump added to make our home more comfortable. We also replace the duck work under the house as well as added return air vents and dedicated lines to make the family room and master bedroom were more comfortable. All the Boise heating and cooling in our home were extremely careful and very efficient as well as respectful of our home. They put down floor protection and cleaned up all area's they worked on, which was pretty much all areas form attic to main house to under the house. Even though there were delays and a few problems that were worked out during the installations the entire crew from the sales personnel to all the individual works went above and beyond to make sure these delays did not impact our family life. They were all a great group and I would highly recommend Einstein Plumbing Boise for your heating and air conditioning needs.
