They thoroughly considered the problems that were causing our lights to fail and having only been at the property for an hour, already had a firm grasp of our electrical system - the good parts of it, and bad! Our now dark and depressing stairwell is now bright and airy again AND we ended up finding out some serious flaws in the hallway lighting systems original design that had plagued us with issues for over 7 years.
