This is the most unprofessional service we have ever received for a medical transport. Two men showed up at the hospital to transport my husband to a nursing home. They were dressed unprofessionally and said to my husband, “are you ready to ride bro?” I was behind them in my car when they loaded him into a very dirty suburban. As we drove away, the suburban had no brake lights, so I stayed closely behind so that no other car would rear end them. A suburban is a medical transport vehicle??? What was a 3 mile trip took them 20 minutes to get there; they appeared to be lost. I was very upset and called their office when I got home to express my concerns with their unprofessionalism and unsafe vehicle. The person who answered the phone said “they would look into it”. How can you look into something when you didn’t even get my name and number? I will also be writing a letter to the state of Georgia, registering an official complaint. If you treat all of your customers like this, you should just close your doors now. A complaint was also registered with the hospital and insurance company.
