Javier Estrada is extremely unprofessional in the way he speaks to his clients and he does not stick to his word or his signed contract. His dishonesty and deception in what he promises to deliver and the quality of work he offers is nowhere near what the reality is. We had to hire someone else to come in and pick up the pieces of his unfinished and extremely poor quality work. We had to personally throw out piles of trash left by the workers at the end of the project and call in our own final inspections which he was never present for in case the inspectors had any questions. We never even had a final walk thru with Javier Estrada to go over the end of his job, all he wanted was his check in the mail and he would mail us back our keys. From personal experience he walked away from my job site without completing very basic tasks that he was under contract for and bluntly said to my face “I know it’s in the contract but I don’t care I am not doing it” and he didn’t do many of them, he left many things unfinished.He is very quick to want his check the very day or the next day he submits his invoice to you but does not make it a priority to make sure your concerns as a homeowner are met. He would rather you not even be at the job site so if they skip steps or cut corners your not aware,if I would point out obvious things like these happening at my home he would get an attitude & say I was in the way when all I wanted was to make sure my future home was delivered to us as promised
