If it was not for my brother I would have not chosen State To State Relocation. On the day before my move, I received a call from dispatch confirming my movers would arrive in the afternoon On the afternoon of my move, dispatched call to confirm the movers would arrive within the hour. The 4 movers arrived and were professional, efficient and itemized all my belongings on a list and put blanket on all my boxes/items. They worked so well together. They were worked fast and diligent to deliver my belongings. In both the pick-up and delivery, no items were lost or damaged. I would definitely use State To State again on my next move.

I found this mover on a moving reviews website. I picked up several names and knocked them. Fortunately it seemed these guys might be the perfect one to move us. Their communication was excellent. It’s definitely rare that a mover nowadays is professional and on time but they are breaking the trend. I had many furniture to move and when they came with a big truck, that assured me they didn’t need to come several times to carry our belongings. I used their climate control storage facility for a week. After the week when they moved and delivered all stuff at my newly purchased apartment, I saw nothing was scratched or dented. There was neither a little rust on any of metal items nor were they wet. Then I completely understood they had a good store to keep furniture for long time. I am more than just happy with the deal that I got and obviously with the excellent service. Everything was perfectly planned and scheduled. I used State To State Relocation and I had to share my experience. I have moved several times before and this is by far the best moving company and the best team of workers I have ever used. When I called the company, I talked to Dee, their sales rep at the office, who was really helpful and friendly and he showed me clearly that my interest and my questions were his highest priority. Dee explained me the entire moving process and went over all the information with me and half an hour after our talk, sent me an email confirming everything we spoke about. So, I booked the time frame. On the moving day, the moving team showed up on time and behaved in a very professional way. Not only were they professional team of workers, but they were also very nice, courteous and friendly. They showed up with a smile and all the requests I had were fulfilled by these people with no problem. Should I mention that they were super careful with my stuff and that nothing got damaged! Excellent customer service! To sum up, these are the best movers I have ever used and I would recommend them to everyone!
