Located in Twisp, the heart of the Methow Valley in North Central WA, Blackbirds is a laid-back neighborhood cafe. Warm colors, soft lighting and an unexpected quirkiness encourage guests to settle in, get comfortable and have a great time. The comfort is also in the cooking! We offer foods that make you feel right at home. Open for breakfast and lunch, we’re here for you. In addition to our year-round regular menu of favorites, we offer rotating specials with flavor and tradition. We strive to keep it fresh for our customers and staff alike. Our Bar and patio look out over our stage for events of all kinds. Located on the North Cascade Highway our one acre facility has lots of parking. We proudly serve Blue Star Roasters Coffee and Lost River Wines. Both are produced in the Valley.
