I am purchasing a house in Indiana and needed a home inspection. My RE Broker was from a different part of the state, and most of his usual contractors were 'too far away'. Also, it was right in the midst of the holidays, so many folks were 'too busy'. After some searching and bid offers, we went with Mike @ OMT. I was a bit leery because his bid was lower (i.e. reasonable) and I am living out of state. I had to handle everything via phone and e-mail. Mike allayed ALL my fears. He was prompt in his responses, timely in getting the inspection and reports to me, and professional at every stage of the process.
I have been in customer service and sales related jobs for a few decades - Mike is top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend him for your inspection needs. Good Job!!
