South Florida Children’s Orthopaedics is a pediatric orthopaedic surgery practice dedicated to treating infants, children, adolescents and young adults with orthopaedic problems ranging from a simple broken bone to more complex genetic conditions. We have three practioners to provide your child with the complete, personalized care they need. Peter Romano, II, M.D., a board-certified, fellowship-trained Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon has been treating and caring for children and adolescents in South Florida for over 20 years. Our experienced orthopaedic team includes two certified physician assistants. Mark Fortney, PA-C has been assisting Dr. Romano and caring for the children in our practice for over 6 years and Patrice Neil, PA-C has been with the practice for almost a year now. Our team will work together throughout the entire process to provide your child with the best possible care.
