Prompt Care’s walk-in-clinic services are appreciable for many different reasons, specially when you arrive at Prompt Care. The receptionist asks you about your demographics, medical history and current medications. Also, the clinic uses electronic medical records (EMR) to document your information. Friendly nurses attend you and assess your chief complaint.

1) Prompt Urgent Care really lives up to its name. It is one of the best clinics I have ever visited. I would recommend this place to people who want a quick medical treatment and not waiting hours-and-hours just for getting noticed. The staff is extremely caring too. Highly impressed!

One of the great things about Prompt Urgent Care is its quick medical help. My friend fell down the stairs the other day. I took him to this urgent care clinic and was astounded to see the kind of care and respect Prompt Urgent staff gives to its patients. Really amazing.

Extremely caring staff, at Prompt Urgent Care, I must say. I have been to this Urgent clinic a couple of times and I would say that it is the best in urgent medical help field. No long waiting times and patients treated with care.

If you really want to be treated well and taken care of, go nowhere but Prompt Urgent Care. This clinic has the most amazing staff I have ever seen. Moreover, one does n’t have to waste too much time in waiting to seek medical help.

I have to give this to the amazing assistance that Prompt Urgent Care provides, every time, without a glitch. My son got badly injured during a football game and when I rushed to Prompt Urgent, the way the case was handled was so relieving. Panic just went off, the staff took hold of James asap and doctors rushed in. Thank God, the blood loss was limited. These guys are highly recommended!

My husband has been under strict medical supervision because of some major heart condition. Over a weekend, stuck with few engagements, it was impossible for me to get out of town for due checkups and tests. Not getting those done was not an option; but I’m glad I chose Prompt Urgent Care after a friend’s reference. All lab tests were done in good time, got the reports too! Swift response always to your concern. Great job!
