Long Story Short: They took $10,000 for a product that they did not deliver. Run, do not walk, away from this company. I am entirely appalled at the service and business practices of MAB. I hired them in 2015 to build my Martial Arts school a full website. At first things were going fine...they built a nice website. I paid them around $4500 for the build. Over a couple of years I also paid them another $6500 or so for SEO work. The site was doing fine and I was initially happy. After a while, I switched online calendars and asked MAB to change the online appointment setter link (about a 15 minute fix). I was told it was done...and it was, on one page! They did not change it anywhere else. It took me months of wondering why I was not getting appointments scheduled. Finally I went to the site and figured out they had not made the requested changes. I brought this to their attention, several times before it was fixed. About a year ago, I called them and requested to cancel their maintenance of the site. My contract with them includes that I would be given access to my control panel of the website that I OWNED. I asked a dozen times. They never gave me access. When I tried to cancel, they then tried to claim I owed them $800 more! They then refused to give me access to my site...and THEN THEY DELTED AND ERASED MY WEBSITE THAT I PAID THEM OVER $10,000 TO BUILD!!! I have tried over and over to resolve this issue with them.
