The Volkman family’s initial project in 1972 was a 300 acre residential development that included several hundred single family homes ranging in size from 2000 sq. ft. to 4000 sq. ft. The building company was originally incorporated by Donald and Donna Volkman with Donald acting as president of Volk Homes. The development side of the company was piloted by CC Hogan, Donna’s father, who purchased the 300 hundred acres near Ft. Worth in 1951 for $42.00 per acre. John Volkman was elected president of the company if 1992 and has directed the building of more than 1500 homes and developed more than 1000 acres of rural and city home sites. John’s hands on experience, makes the design and construction of your family’s dream a wonderful, cost effective experience.
