We arranged a day for him to do the work and was happy to do everything we'd discussed and worked around the builders that were plastering my flat, which I thoroughly appreciated. Probably the tidiest tradesman we have ever had and the job was carried out seamlessly. He fitted a new gyser without disturbing my previous setting left explanation on how to work the new unit and details on the warranty.
