Excellent customer service! We called Iron Works Doors to get an estimate on a repair of an iron door. They said they would send someone over that day, and they did! In addition, they provided an estimate and when we finally chose them to do the work, the estimate was correct and there was no funny business. We had attempted to price a few other locations but to no avail. They did great work and even added a little extra metal box free of charge. I would say to anyone thinking of them to give them a call, and of course price around but their service was excellent and they were able to come right away! Very professional!!

After searching online and even driving as far as 2 hours away to look at different iron door companies, I finally decided to go with Iron Works Doors. I like the pricing and they keep it simple and don't have a bunch of miscellaneous up-charges for every little thing. The quality was top notch! We love our door and our neighbors have given us many compliments. The service was and I would recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful craftsmanship and quality work.
